All products sold by Hooked Society are custom-made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is required at checkout. We accept payment methods made available through Shopify Payments and other approved providers.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Because products are custom-made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.
