If you order multiple pieces, they may arrive separately to ensure fastest delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Hooked Society piece is made to order, we don’t accept general returns or refunds.

However — we always make things right if there’s an issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Customers cover return shipping.
